You may check the status of your order by clicking on “track order” at the top right corner and
logging in to your account.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been received. In addition, we will send you an email when your order has shipped that will include the tracking information for your package.
cancellations
Once an order is submitted we are unable to change or cancel the order.

payment methods
We accept the following credit cards for payment: American Express, Visa, and MasterCard. Neigeclothing.com does not accept checks, cash or money orders.
You may also use a Neige e-Gift Card to pay for your order.
using a promotional code
From time to time we have special offers that can be applied to your order by using a promotional code that we provide to you. To redeem your promotional code, you must enter the code in the space provided at checkout and press “recalculate” to apply it to your order.
communication about your order
We will communicate information about your order by email.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been received. In addition, we will send you an email when your order has shipped that will include the UPS tracking number for your package.
using a gift card
If you have received a neigeclothing.com e-Gift Card, you may redeem this at checkout by entering the gift card number in the space provided. Be sure to press “recalculate” to apply the gift card to your order.

We currently offer four domestic shipping methods:
USPS Priority Mail
Delivery 1-7 days from time of processing. Our warehouse is located in Southern California so transit times depend on proximity to our warehouse. Please note: USPS packages require an an additional day to process. If your order is time sensitive, we recommend one of the UPS shipping methods.
UPS Standard ground
Delivery 1-7 days from time of processing. Our warehouse is located in Southern California so transit times depend on proximity to our warehouse.
UPS 2nd Day Air
Delivery 2-days after processing
UPS Next Day
Delivery the next business day after processing
international shipping
We are pleased to offer international shipping to Canada, along with select countries in Europe, Asia, as well as Australia and New Zealand.
International shipments are shipped via USPS and require an additional 3-5 business days for processing. Please note that the receiver is responsible for all duties and taxes on international shipments. Accurate invoices and customs documentation will be included with all international orders.
shipping rates
Shipping rates are provided by the selected carriers and are based on the weight of the shipment and the delivery location. All orders ship from our warehouse in California. You will be able to see the rates of your shipping options after you enter your shipping address.
processing times
UPS Orders will ship within 2 business days after your order is placed. If you require expedited shipping you may request this by contacting us
here and entering your order number and your request. International orders may take an additional 1-3 days for customs processing.
refusal of delivery and address accuracy
If you refuse delivery of any order you placed it will be returned to our warehouse. You will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid but shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please ensure your address is entered correctly as we cannot be responsible for packages shipped to addresses entered incorrectly while placing your order.

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from neigeclothing.com.
We are pleased to announce that we now accept direct exchanges. Please read the following instructions carefully so we may assist you with an efficient and timely return or exchange.
Return Authorization forms are required for all returns and exchanges. You may obtain this by logging in to your account and clicking “request return” for the order pertaining to you return/exchange. For each item in your return, enter the quantity and the request (exchange, credit, or refund). If a credit or refund is requested, please state the reason.
Once you have completed the form, click “Submit” and print the form. This printed form must be included for your exchange to be processed.
Full price merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 21 days. Returns received after 21 days can be exchanged or returned for store credit. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days. If your requested exchange is unavailable, you will receive a store credit or refund.
Sale merchandise may be returned for exchange or store credit within 21 days. Returns of sale merchandise will not be accepted after 21 days.
Any items marked “final sale” may not be returned.
If you purchased your items from one of our retail partners, please contact the retailer directly for their return policy. We can only accept returns or exchanges for items purchased at neigeclothing.com.
merchandise returns will be accepted under the following conditions.
All articles must be in saleable condition. We will only accept returns for items that have not been worn, altered, or washed. Items must have all original tags and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse credit if the items do not meet the above criteria.

For your protection, we recommend using a traceable method of shipping for your return.
Once we receive the original items and approve the return, we process your return or exchange. Exchanges will be processed within 5 business days. Please allow 14 days after receipt for store credit or refund. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
gift returns
Returns of gift items will be credited back in the original form of payment to the person who placed the gift order.
damages during shipping
If your item appears to have been damaged during shipping, contact us immediately at
customerservice@neigeclothing.com. Claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods. Please retain all packaging for inspection.

In the event that we sent you an incorrect item, contact us immediately at
customerservice@neigeclothing.com. We apologize for any inconvenience and will contact you within 24 hours to arrange for an exchange or return at our expense.
